How long does it take for production?
Normally, our production will take around 5-7 days. However, for more urgent jobs, we do provide an EXPRESS production option, which takes around 1-2 days, and an additional 30% surcharge to the original cost.
What is EXPRESS production?
EXPRESS production is for customers who urgently want to have their neon sign completed. With EXPRESS production, we will be able to complete it within 1-2 days, and deliver on the next working day for an additional surcharge of 30% of the original cost.
Do you provide free designs?
Yes, we do provide some basic and simple designs for free. However, should you require a more complex design to be done, we will have some additional charges included.
